The conversation will focus upon best practices for district administrators, business managers, board members and staff who are tasked with making purchasing decisions for services and products as we exit the COVID economy while still facing significant challenges to district budgets. Topics will include capitalizing on current purchasing opportunities, purchasing for maximum return on investment, and employing proactive approaches to managing a growing list of needs while focusing upon fiscal responsibilities.
